And comfy chairs and a couch are certainly appreciated by those of us who sit and knit for long periods at a time and errr...don't have much padding. <BR/><BR/>I can understand your resistance to Starbucks and desire to support smaller independent businesses over major chains. But I also feel that in order to stay in business, any shop, regardless of size, has a responsibility to provide good customer service.
